The Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) are a great way of demonstrating food safety skills and knowledge within a business.

Before Menu-Safe it was very difficult for managers to demonstrate that they controlled food safety in their businesses because they traditionally operate with very little paperwork or other 'proof'.

Menu-Safe alleviates this problem; once implemented by a business, the SOPs and Menu-Safe Diary provide a comprehensive display of compliance, awareness and competence.

The system can be shown to enforcement officers (food inspectors) and even to interested customers to give them confidence in the safety of the food being produced.
